Returns & Exchanges:

Items must be returned in their original condition and unused.

We require photo proof of the item and packaging before any refund or replacement is processed. This helps us verify the issue and prevent misuse.

In some cases, the item must be returned before a refund or replacement is issued. We’ll provide the return shipping instructions once your request is reviewed.
Refunds:

Refunds are issued once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, or once the provided photo proof has been approved.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [5–10 business days] after approval.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please send us clear photos of the product and packaging within 7 days of delivery. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom-made, digital, or clearance items are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in the case of damage or error on our part.
