At Creations2Perfection, we want you to love your purchase! If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • To initiate a return or refund request, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and unused.

  • We require photo proof of the item and packaging before any refund or replacement is processed. This helps us verify the issue and prevent misuse.

  • In some cases, the item must be returned before a refund or replacement is issued. We’ll provide the return shipping instructions once your request is reviewed.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, or once the provided photo proof has been approved.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [5–10 business days] after approval.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please send us clear photos of the product and packaging within 7 days of delivery. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items:
Custom-made, digital, or clearance items are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in the case of damage or error on our part.
